Irish Philosophical Society

The Irish Philosophical Society website was re-launched on the 9th October 2009. The website was redesigned and developed into a pleasing design that is easy to use and easy to manage and update. The society wanted a clean, design with the minimal of clutter.
One of the main aims of the website was for the website to be easily updated so that the content could be edited and kept fresh and current.
For the home page, I designed a simple right panel, where upcoming events can be drawn attention to, and the they link to relevant pages in the website.
The website is a static xHTML and CSS website, this suited the society very well as they already had the software adobe contribute to update the website.
